Monograph Project

Kristian Shaw and Sara Upstone are currently developing a monograph project that will expand the relevance of the six features of transglossic to contemporary storytelling across fiction, non-fiction, film, television, and game media. The monograph argues that what exists in the contemporary moment is a trans-discipline concern for storytelling as a mode of meaning making, and highlights how transglossic features can allow us to understand the unique place of storytelling in the contemporary moment.
